Our custom printed adhesive vinyl decals are made from 2.75 mil Orajet 3651 Printable Vinyl. This material is an intermediate calendared vinyl which is flexible and allows it to be adhered to many flat and slightly curved surfaces (not recommended on heavily textured surfaces). Your decals can be applied wet, but no solvants are needed. Excellent for semi-permanent indoor applications and also intended for medium-term use outdoors.
Your full color artwork design will be direct UV printed on the surface of the vinyl which comes in your choice of a matte white, glossy white, or clear (transparent) finish. Choose to add a layer of extra protection to your decals with our optically clear 2mil UV laminate which helps to increase the longevity of your decal and also help preserve the print during outdoor use. Your decals will be cut into square or rectangular shapes by default, but we have the ability to cut any shape you would like. Standard turnaround time is approximately 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Installation Tips: 1) Clean your mounting surface. 2) Wet your surface with warm water and mild soap (baby soap and dish soap work well). 3) Peel your decal away from its backing. 4) Place on glass and position the decal where you would like it. 5) Starting in the center, use a squeegee to smooth out any water or air bubbles.
