Our metal signs are excellent for store, industrial, construction, trade show, display, hospital, directional, real estate, and commercial applications inside or outside. They're lightweight, yet rigid, can be printed in full color, and can even be laminated for added protection. It's also a great material for photo prints!
This signage is made from aluminum composite metal (ACM) material which is one of the leading substrates for creating high quality, lightweight, and durable custom signage and decorative photo prints. It features rigid aluminum outer panels that sandwich a solid plastic core, giving your finished product added strength without the added weight. The outer metal panels will have either a white, black, or brushed silver finish and the overall thickness is either 3mm (1/8" thick) or 6mm (1/4" thick). Please note that not all colors are available in both thicknesses.
Our direct UV printing can be applied to either one or both metal panels so you can include your full color, vibrant artwork designs on just one side or both sides of your signs. Printing on both sides is a great option for hanging signs that will be seen from both directions of approach. Choose to laminate your finished signs with our optically clear 2mil UV laminate to help increase the longevity and also help preserve the print, especially during outdoor use. The ACM is available in any size up to a max. size of 4ft x 8ft and custom cut out shapes are available.
